Who are you, and what do you like to learn about? (academically, professionally, and/or personally)

I really enjoy math, and anything that has to do with education or special education. Personally I love learning more about working with my horses.

What hardware do you use to learn? (Eg. smart phone, tablet, laptop, desktop)

I use my laptop, and smartphone.

What software do you use to learn? (Eg. search engines, mobile apps, social networks, eBooks, digital libraries, wikis, blogs, videos, podcasts)

I use google, academic journals/digital libraries, videos and podcasts. When I use social media I learn more about news stories and what is happening around the world.

What digital tools do you wish you had access to for learning? (Eg. any graphic organizers, mind-mapping tools, resource management tools, progress tracking tools, design tools, etc.) Why?

It would be cool to have mind mapping tools, some minds “spider web” and start at one topic than jump to the next even when people don’t know why and then jump to the next topic and then connect them all. Mind mapping would be nice to have clearer thoughts. Progress tracking tool such as powerschool to track our academic progress. For mid-semester evaluations the only sign of progress we have is “work in progress,” “satisfactory” or “unsatisfactory” how am i suppose to know what my grade is, what if one persons view of satisfactory is a C and another view of satisfactory is an B, what is “satisfactory?”

What might your ideal Personal Learning Environment (PLE) look like?

A place where I can find my grades, my assignments and have access to resources I need.
