Who are you, and what do you like to learn about? (academically, professionally, and/or personally)

I am a motivated student and I enjoy learning about media literacy, social justice issues, and theater.

What hardware do you use to learn? (Eg. smart phone, tablet, laptop, desktop)

I primarily use a laptop but I will sometimes use my smart phone when necessary.

What software do you use to learn? (Eg. search engines, mobile apps, social networks, eBooks, digital libraries, wikis, blogs, videos, podcasts)

I use search engines and social networks such as Twitter and Facebook to learn some information. For more formal info, I use scholarly databases or newspaper articles.

What digital tools do you wish you had access to for learning? (Eg. any graphic organizers, mind-mapping tools, resource management tools, progress tracking tools, design tools, etc.) Why?

I wish I had more access to tools that helped coordinate scheduling and time management.

What might your ideal Personal Learning Environment (PLE) look like?

My PLE would have effective technology but not so much that it overwhelmed or impeded my progress. I would have space to think and breathe without being bombarded by messages.
