Who are you, and what do you like to learn about? (academically, professionally, and/or personally)

I am a junior at Wheelock College. I am majoring in Elementary Education and Political Science and minoring in Writing. I love learning about creative writing and how to be a great teacher.

What hardware do you use to learn? (Eg. smart phone, tablet, laptop, desktop)

I use my laptop for online research and assignments. I have been required to do projects using an iPad as well.

What software do you use to learn? (Eg. search engines, mobile apps, social networks, eBooks, digital libraries, wikis, blogs, videos, podcasts)

I use search engines like google, occassionaly use eBoks, digital libraries, videos, and podcasts. I also use microsoft word and excel.

What digital tools do you wish you had access to for learning? (Eg. any graphic organizers, mind-mapping tools, resource management tools, progress tracking tools, design tools, etc.) Why?

There are no digital tools that come to mind. However, I would be interested in being introduced to more tools.

What might your ideal Personal Learning Environment (PLE) look like?

Having more resources for cross registering for classes and navigating the COF websites would be helpful. Having some sort of technology class would also be helpful. This would help me be more comfortable with technology and learn about new technology I could possibly use in my future career.
