Who are you, and what do you like to learn about? (academically, professionally, and/or personally)

My name is Shana, and I’m currently a second semester Instructional Design student who loves to learn about new technologies and how it’s created

What hardware do you use to learn? (Eg. smart phone, tablet, laptop, desktop)

You name is I use it! I’m always on my phone but prefer to learn on a laptop.

What software do you use to learn? (Eg. search engines, mobile apps, social networks, eBooks, digital libraries, wikis, blogs, videos, podcasts)

Google, Mason Library, various videos for school and career use as well.

What digital tools do you wish you had access to for learning? (Eg. any graphic organizers, mind-mapping tools, resource management tools, progress tracking tools, design tools, etc.) Why?

I’m open to learning everything that I possibly can. I feel why stop myself from learning new things that I could possibly use somewhere down the road for career usage or personal gain.

What might your ideal Personal Learning Environment (PLE) look like?

It would consist of clear content on a site that was user friendly and welcoming to new users. Creating a space where aspects of a course are not hard to find is something that I would really want to focus on.
